About the internship
Are you passionate about finding the best talent for a growing company? The Sleep Company is looking for a talented talent acquisition intern who has a strong understanding of recruitment. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the HR team to attract, screen, and select top candidates for various roles within the company.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with creating job postings and promoting them on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the company culture.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
4. Assist in developing strategies to improve the recruitment process and enhance candidate experience.
5. Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to network and build relationships with potential candidates.
6. Help with onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
7. Provide support with various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
