Key Responsibilities:
● Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee data on DarwinBox and assist with employee profile creation
● Support the execution of key HR processes, including onboarding and document management
● Generate employee letters and ensure timely issuance of HR documents
● Assist in processing invoices and coordinate with the finance team for data sharing
● Support international HR operations and related administrative activities
● Contribute to maintaining process hygiene and compliance with internal standards
Required Skill Set:
● Strong written communication skills
● Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
● High intent to learn and grow in the HR field
● Pursuing or completed HR specialization preferred
● Prior experience or internship in HR is an added advantage
