We are seeking a passionate and skilled Backend Java Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing robust, scalable backend systems that support our core applications. You should have a strong foundation in Java and backend technologies, along with a problem-solving mindset and team spirit.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Java.
Design scalable and reliable server-side components and applications.
Work closely with the team to gather and understand business and technical requirements.
Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews and implement best coding practices.
Debug and resolve technical issues across the backend systems.
Optimize performance and scalability of the backend infrastructure.
Required Skills & Experience
1–2 years of hands-on experience in backend development with Java.
Proficiency in J2EE, Spring Boot, Servlets, SQL, and Data Structures.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and writing unit tests.
Familiarity with backend architecture, database design, and system integrations.
Solid debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in Java/backend development (preferred but not required)
