Role Overview
We are inviting applications for the position of Senior Associate / Management Trainee / Assistant Manager in the Capital Market – Retirement function.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of retirement plans and significant experience within the capital markets domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle activities related to retirement and benefits
- Deep understanding of retirement plans and associated regulations
- Knowledge of middle and back office processing:
- Retirement account origination
- Servicing and funds payout
- Funds reconciliation
- Service delivery management across blended processes
- Implement operational governance frameworks:
- Quality review mechanisms
- Communication strategies
- Regular coordination with onshore partners (daily/weekly updates)
- Design and conduct team coaching, mentoring, and development sessions
- Performance monitoring and individual appraisals (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
- Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards
- Identify and execute process improvement initiatives
- Demonstrate leadership and adaptability to change
- Leverage tools and technologies for process enhancement
- Build strategic relationships with stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Relevant experience in the retirement or capital market domain
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing teams of 10+ people
- Proven ability to strategize, influence, and execute complex initiatives
- Skilled in driving engagement and reducing attrition
