YOUR IMPACT:
We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Software Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building scalable web applications using Java/Java EE, Spring Framework, and front-end technologies such as Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This role requires close collaboration with team leads, managers, and peers to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java/Java EE, Spring Boot, and Angular.
- Build and integrate RESTful services and APIs.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning meetings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in development and production environments.
- Work in an Agile development environment and contribute to continuous improvement practices.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Java/Java EE.
- Proficiency in UI technologies and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular (7/8) or Ext JS.
- Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DHTML, DOM, and XPath.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Familiarity with frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, iBATIS, and JPA.
- Experience with application servers (Tomcat, WebLogic Server).
- Working knowledge of Red Hat Linux and shell scripting.
- Version control using Git or Mercurial; build automation with Maven.
- Exposure to Docker and Ansible.
- Understanding design patterns and database modeling.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional, and collaborative team environment.
- Self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
