The Control Tower Executive ensures smooth execution of warehouse operations across the Purplle network. The role involves real-time monitoring, issue resolution, cross-functional coordination, and data reporting to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Table of Contents
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring: Track inventory, order flow, and shipping via WMS.
Issue Resolution: Identify & resolve real-time operational bottlenecks.
Coordination: Work with IB, OB, ICQA, dispatch, and FC teams.
Reporting: Analyze data and present KPIs (TAT, order accuracy, inventory levels).
Process Improvement: Support initiatives to optimize fulfilment efficiency.
Compliance: Ensure SOP and safety adherence.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of operations and escalations.
Qualifications:
Education: Any Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Preferable eg. BTech, MTech, BE)
Experience:1+ years in warehouse operations in Supply chain management and Data Analyst.
Any Internship of 6 months – 1 years in Supply chain management or Data Analyst
Eligible Roles:
: GET, Executive, Senior Executive
Required Skills:
Proficiency in WMS & operational tools
Strong communication & coordination ability
Analytical thinking & decision-making
Attention to detail & multitasking under pressure
